Also reportedly, Russia's command in the battle for Donbas has undergone another shakeup — the overall commander is now said to be Colonel General Gennady Zhidko.

Like Dvornikov, he once commanded operations in Syria and also headed the Eastern Military District.

@FG13278176 I confirmed it with two different calls. Ternova was retaken by Ukraine then it was retaken by Russia and hasn’t been retaken by Ukraine since. As of today Ternova is mostly controlled by Russia but Ukraine is in the village and battling for it. I am 100% sure of this. 🇺🇦

@ManSalouh @SleepyFerret45 I think we need to wait and see if his health changes because he does have the best healthcare in his country and probably receives all the best medicine. It’s possible he doesn’t have this cancer but we may never 100% know that he had cancer even if he dies.

@ronny_der Ternova is important for three reasons. The first is that if they lose it then they will lose their main supply route to Rubizhne, and the second is they will lose the front towards Kharkiv. The third and most important is that Ukraine will cross the River and go to Vovchansk. 🇺🇦

254. Since the UAF 95 Airborne Bde announced it had so far downed 4 fighters, 5 copters + 11 UAVs (twt 252), they have claimed a new Ka-52 attack helicopter. @Kochevenko (seen in the previous 2 tweets), from the 95th's air defence unit has film of it here.
