@JaredNG Especially if they go to 15. The broader point is that the ratio of officers to enlisted in the Marine Corps is lower than other branches and militaries, which means that NCOs are even more important.

@GrandSimeon @DanD41662948 Yes and the Orlan-10s are an integral part of Russian artillery units - assigned only to them and what makes Russian artillery accurate. Take them away and the guns/MLRS themselves have only average accuracy at range (exception perhaps 2S19M2).
