New satellite image of Russian troops near the village Dublin (Brahin district, Gomel region), 16 km from the border with Ukraine, was published by @COUPSURE. The picture taken on Feb 15 shows about 20 tents for military personnel, and a large amount of military equipment.

So it looks like this was a Ukrainian Humvee that was used as part of the KFOR mission in Kosovo and was seized by rebel/Russian forces in Debaltseve in 2015. 4/
