@logicsblade The President can give Ukraine weapons and equipment that they will use and give back in the future or usually pay a high discount on them for example 90%. This was used in World War 2 when USA supplied mainly Britiain and many other allies with weapons to help defeat Germany. 🇺🇦

199. I was right - BMP-3 in twt 188 is at same location as twt 187. Film from 93rd Mech Bde shows whole junction. Long vehicle is new PTS-3 amphibious vehicle loss. 3rd loss in twt 187 not there.
