Russian cosmonaut Oleg Artemyev was excluded from the Crew-12 crew a few months before the ISS launch over suspected espionage.
While training at the SpaceX base in Hawthorne, California, he photographed SpaceX engines and internal documentation on his phone and then took this material off the premises.
Artemyev was removed from training last week, and another crew member has been assigned in his place.
