🇺🇸🇨🇦 The Canadian Army operates US artillery systems, so obviously we need C2 that integrates with those seamlessly.

@davidpugliese: I didn't say they were automatic. It's up to the Government to decide if they want offsets or not. FMS is agnostic on that question. US firms are much better placed to offer them than European firms are though.
