In Ternopil, rescuers found three more bodies under the rubble: a woman and two children, the🇺🇦National Police reported.
The number of people killed by the Russian missile strike has risen to 31, including six children.
Ninety-four people were injured, including 18 children.

“Two people familiar with the situation said on Friday that the American side had “signalled” to Kyiv that vital US intelligence and weapons deliveries could be halted if Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy did not sign up to the proposal.
