🇺🇸🇺🇦🇷🇺 There is a pretty stark contrast between this terrible "deal" that Witkoff has come up with and Grynkewich authorizing ATACMS strikes on Russia in advance of Secretary Driscoll & General George visiting Kyiv to talk defense industrial cooperation.
Moscow is desperate to throw a wrench into the efforts of the serious people in the Trump Admin & US Military, and Steve is happily doing their bidding.

RT @usf_army: USF Struck the Saratov Oil Refinery
During the night of 14 November, operators of the 1st SC of the Unmanned Systems Forces (transformed @14reg_army), in coordination with other components of the Defense Forces, struck the Saratov Oil Refinery - located approximately 600 km from the state border of Ukraine.
The Saratov refinery plays a significant role in supplying russian occupation forces with fuel and lubricants. The facility produces more than 20 types of products. As of 2023, its processing volume amounted to 4.8 million tons.
As a result of the #DeepStrike, a fire broke out on the refinery’s premises. The full extent of the damage is being clarified.
The Unmanned Systems Forces continue to systematically degrade the enemy’s ability to sustain its aggression against Ukraine.

It seems to me that the UGV had to detonate after running into an obstacle - not scoring perfectly - nevertheless wounding or killing ru soldiers.

Whereas the 🇷🇺Dnipro and North Groups are actually named after their geographical disposition, East, West, Center and South Group are named after the Military districts that their subordinated units originate from.
So Central Military District -> Center Group, Eastern Military district -> East Group, Southern Military District -> South Group, and then we have an issue. There is no Western Military District. At least not anymore.

🇷🇺Western Military District was separated into the Leningrad and Moscow Military Districts in early 2024. Three of the four Armies in the West Group are from either of those districts (1st Tank, 6th and 20th Combined Arms Armies), while the 25th CAA is from the CMD.

The disposition and area of the 🇷🇺Force Groups is constantly changing. One year ago the South Group was simultaneously north and south of the Center Group, but this changed with the transfer of the Center Group's 51st CAA and the South Group's 8th CAA.
