Ukrainian forces have withdrawn from the Rivnopilla sector on the Zaporizhzhia front as Russian offensive in the area continues.
That was announced by Ukraine's Defense Forces of the South on Wednesday.
"The enemy's advance has been stopped. Actions are underway to block it and inflict a comprehensive defeat," the statement from the Ukrainian military said.

The First Separate Medical Battalion of Ukraine has completed another successful operation to evacuate two heavily wounded defenders using a ground robotic vehicle equipped with an armored capsule.
The total route length covered 84 kilometers (21 kilometers one way).
Mission duration: 6 hours 50 minutes
Average speed of the robotic complex: 14 km/h; Maximum speed: 40 km/h.
During the loading of the second wounded soldier, the robotic complex was struck by an enemy FPV drone. Thanks to the armored capsule, soldier remained unharmed, and the system continued the evacuation without interruption.
Both defenders were successfully evacuated and received the necessary medical assistance. They are now undergoing further treatment, and their lives are out of danger. https://twitter.com/bayraktar_1love/status/1985712203362603181#m
