5. SE approach to Myrnohrad, 21st Oct.
🇺🇦7th Air Assault Corps report a 2nd failed🇷🇺attack on Myrnohrad, here on the Hrodivka route.
They claim 18🇷🇺KIA and show 2 burning🇷🇺R-149MA1 command/staff vehicles (here used as APCs, clearer in next tweet), a burning buggy + about 10 KIA.

❗️🇺🇸 Over $5 billion worth of US arms sales have been delayed by the government shutdown, per a State Dept estimated shared with Axios
AIM-120 AMRAAM, Aegis Combat Systems and M142 HIMARS are among the impacted weapons, for allies such as Denmark, Croatia, Poland and Ukraine.
Both Foreign Military Sales (FMS) & Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) have are being effected.
Axios is told that State's Bureau of Political-Military Affairs (State PM) is only at about 25% of its normal staffing. The implication is that the development & notification of new cases to Congress has been severely delayed.
Only one new FMS case has been publicly disclosed since Oct 1: military construction services for Singapore.
FMS cases are a joint responsibility of the Departments of Defense & State. Much of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency's workforce is funded via FMS administration fees, but this is not true of State PM.
DCS licenses are entirely managed...
