The strikes led to power outages in Kyiv, Donetsk, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, Odesa, and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said, "The left bank of the capital is without electricity. Problems with the water supply have also been recorded."

According to @Deepstate_UA, at least 7 armored vehicles took part in the assault yesterday at noon and conducted additional mechanized assaults at 1500 and 1700 with a total of two tanks and 7 armored vehicles. 50-75 Russian infantry made it into the village.
