🔥🛢️ Two months into Ukraine’s strike campaign against Russian oil infrastructure: 16 Russian plants have been damaged in one way or another, with a combined total capacity of 146.8 million tons of oil per year.
Of this total, 131.1 million tons – total capacity of the targeted oil refineries. In addition, a fire broke out, likely due to malfunction, at Yaroslavl oil refinery with the total capacity of 15.7 million tons.
Separately, a 3-million-ton unit was hit at the Astrakhan gas processing plant. This facility is not an oil refinery – it produces gasoline and diesel components from gas condensate, so while its capacity is not included in the oil total above, it remains an important part of Russia’s fuel production.
