I've seen no evidence that the Moskva fired any missiles at Ukraine, including its main weapon: P-1000 Vulkan anti-ship missiles. It isn't equipped with Kalibr cruise missiles, and it lacked a strong ground attack option other than cannons.

And if Russia is going to use anti-ship missiles against ground targets, it is cheaper to keep launching Oniks missiles from Bastion coastal defense systems. The Moskva had a C2 and air defense role, but an amphibious landing on Odesa was already impractical once Mikolaiv held.2/

This was a significant success for Ukraine and a morale boost, but, in military terms, I don't think it will significantly alter the outcome of this war given that the war will mostly be concentrated around the Donbas in the coming weeks. 3/
