As @Archer83Able said, Gerbera can be used for different roles with different payloads. It is important to know whether these UAVs had warheads or ISR equipment to know their purpose. Gerbera are routinely used by Russia to locate and transmit information about Ukrainian air defenses during Shahed strikes, and Russia could have used this incursion to learn about NATO air defense capabilities or conduct reconnaissance on infrastructure and other potential targets. https://twitter.com/Archer83Able/status/1965774444611137907#m
