To get above a 50% chance the S-400 launcher is struck, at least 3-4 Flamingo’s are needed per launcher. That’s 20-30 Flamingo’s to destroy the whole system or a month’s worth or production, considering none get shot down.

Meanwhile, just 1 ATACMS is enough to cover all 6 launchers, the radar, and 2 other pieces of equipment with a 75% chance of damage. While 3 to 4 ATACMS, would guarantee all launchers, the radar, and other equipment is destroyed. 1 ATACMS Block IA, disperses 300 M74 Bomblets in a ~200 meter diameter circle. Meanwhile, Flamingo will make a large crater, there will be blast damage and shrapnel damage but these launchers are fortified. Flamingo also misses 50% of the time within a radius of 14 meters. That’s perfect for buildings, not for pieces of equipment.

Flamingo is not accurate enough for these launchers, neither does it have a cluster warhead yet, unless it will be designed later.

Flamingo is for buildings, factories, oil refinery CDUs, logistical hubs, and ammunition depots.

Flamingo is not for bridges, air defense systems, or fighter jets.

However, there are exceptions in some cases. If 3 Flamingo’s can penetrate Russian air defenses, there is more than a 50% chance that one of them will strike the Crimean bridge for vehicles, and collapse it or cause serious damage.
