🇻🇪🇺🇸 #BREAKING: Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro signed a decree on the "state of external commotion" due to ongoing tensions with the United States.
▪️According to Venezuela's authorities, this act will be automatically activated in case of foreign aggression on Venezuela. It "gives the head of state special powers to act in matters of defense and security."
▪️"If U.S. military forces dare to attack, it would be considered external aggression, and this decree of emergency due to external commotion would be immediately activated," said Delcy Rodríguez, Venezuela's Vice President.
▪️This emergency decree is contemplated in a state of emergency law and includes the "temporary restriction" of constitutional rights.

Putin: "Two missiles fired by the Russian air defense system did not hit the AZAL plane directly, but exploded several meters away. The AZAL plane was most likely hit by debris rather than directly by munitions. The reasons for the AZAL plane crash are related, among other things, to the fact that a Ukrainian drone was in the sky. The crew of the AZAL airliner was proposed to land in Makhachkala, but it decided to proceed to its home airport."
