A Russian sea drone struck a Ukrainian ship, reportedly the Ukrainian reconnaissance ship "Simferopol", on the border with Romania (!), resulting in killing one crew member and injuring several others.

Note:
The left side of the footage shows Romania.
The border with this NATO country lies in the middle of the river.
The question: Was Romania able to track the drone to ensure it did not enter its territory?🧐

Would not be the first time that Romania is not capable of tracking Russian equipment.
