@ChrisLancasterX @Maks_NAFO_FELLA: How is reporting that Russian propaganda? It’s a significant development; I am reporting on it and listing the major problems
1. Lack of Manpower - Russians significantly outnumber Ukrainian soldiers on the Donetsk Front
2. Ukraine does not receive enough weapons from Europe and the US to defend itself. Military aid to Ukraine from Europe and the US has decreased by over 40% in the past year.
3. Ukraine in 2023 and early 2024 was able to not only do large-scale offensives but also hold a rock-solid frontline, even without US military aid for 5 months. Then, in February 2024, there was a mass firing and restructuring of the Ukrainian Forces. Zaluzhnyi was fired, the General Staff was entirely restructured, and commanders who have made crucial mistakes constantly since 2014 were put into power. Within three weeks, Ukraine lost a substantial amount of soldiers, logistical routes, and territory in Donetsk. That has never stopped. In the past 1.5 years, they lost over 4,500km2 of territory just in Donetsk Oblast. At the start of 2024, they controlled ~11,000km2 of territory in Donetsk Oblast; today, Ukraine controls 6,000km2, a 45% decrease.
4. Ukraine lacks air power; it was not provided with sufficient glide bombs, long-range missiles, short-range air-to-ground missiles, or good radar for its F-16s.
These problems must be fixed, or Ukraine will continue to lose a ton of territory in Donetsk Oblast and other regions like Kharkiv and Dnipro.
Pointing out the reality of the situation, that it’s bad, and its core problems does not make me Russian propaganda. I am Ukrainian, I grew up in Ukraine, lived a lot of my life in Ukraine, and my house and town in Ukraine are at risk of being occupied and destroyed by Russia if these problems are not solved. I appreciate your follow for the past year, but I disagree with your statement that it’s Russian propaganda to report on a significant frontline development confirmed by multiple Ukrainian sources and the problems that led to such.

@Faytuks: What caused this:
1. US and Europe decreasing military aid sent to Ukraine by 40% in the past year, and ignoring the fact that strong air power is needed
2. The Ukrainian Government for not mobilizing enough soldiers when they were supposed to
3. Ukrainian Military Leadership

@ChrisLancasterX @Maks_NAFO_FELLA: What Russian propaganda talking points? What I wrote is a fact; I backed it up with a bunch of evidence on the ground and could back it up with a lot more.
What happened in the past two days is absolutely a breakthrough. Advancing 18km in the frontline in one day and cutting off a major logistical route is a breakthrough. Do you need them to advance to Pavlohrad or Kyiv before you call it a breakthrough? They advanced over one-third of the distance from Pokrovsk to Kharkiv Oblast in two days.
Yes, Russians are being slaughtered and killed, but they always are. They don’t care about the number of soldiers killed. If 80% of soldiers are killed and 20% survive just to hold the land, that’s what they care about: taking land over the number of soldiers.
However, Ukraine is both undermanned and underequipped to defend from such attacks. That’s why they lost 45% of all the territory they held in Donetsk Oblast, +4,900km2 lost since mid-February 2024. Less than a year and a half ago. A lot of Russians died for it, but Russia still took that land and controls it, and that’s a major problem. Ignoring that and calling anyone who points it out and the problems that led to it Russian propaganda is not beneficial. If that’s Russian propaganda, then suppose that over 50% of Ukrainians are also Russian propaganda because they have a similar viewpoint on this topic.

During his today address, Ukrainian President Zelensky informed that Ukrainian intelligence reported that Russia is preparing further military operations against Ukraine, and that there are no signs that the Russians are preparing for any ceasefire.
"Putin is only determined to present the meeting with America as his personal victory. And then continue to act as before. To put pressure on Ukraine as before," Zelensky.
