Since it's 80 years since the victory in Europe these days, it is very appropriate for HMS St Albans to visit Norway.
She has an older namesake, HNoMS St Albans, one for the "four-stackers", in Nor service from '41 - '44 and shared credit for the sinking U-401 in Aug ' 41. https://twitter.com/Forsvarsdep/status/1920132470000746506#m

Unless either the Russian or Ukrainian calculus changes for some reason, I think it will likely remain this way.
