Only Putin can order his military to halt offensive operations: only that will end the active offensive. If Zelensky were to issue such an order, the war wouldn’t end, but instead, Russian forces would simply continue advancing. Putin has already rejected a truce, yet figures like Elon Musk, David Sacks, Marco Rubio, Mike Waltz, and various X influencers never ask him to stop.
Ukraine has no means to end the war, thus trying to portray Zelensky or Ukraine as a country that can end the war is a pure gaslighting
