1.🇷🇺11th Air Assault Bde POWs captured in Kursk.
Elements of the 11th were in Kursk from AUG, however POW reports don't emerge until late NOV.
Here🇺🇦80th Air Assault Bde reportedly take 11 POWs from the 11th.
The POW leaving the cellar in a later interview dates this as 30 NOV.

🇺🇸🇰🇼 The US State Department has approved a possible Foreign Military Sale to Kuwait of design and construction services for the Mohammed Al Ahmed Naval Base and other locations in Kuwait, for an estimated cost of $1 billion.
Prime contractors would be determined by competitive process.
"The description and dollar value are for the highest estimated quantity and dollar value based on initial requirements. Actual dollar value will be lower depending on final requirements, budget authority, and signed sales agreement(s), if and when concluded."
