Yuriy Butusov says that President Zelensky is planning on appointing the commander of Ukraine's Ground Forces Major General Mykhailo Drapatyi to lead OSUV Khortytsia, the group that commands most of the front line. Drapatyi was previously sent to command OTU Kharkiv to stabilize the front after Russia's offensive and later commanded OTU Luhansk.
