🇺🇸🇺🇦 Because a lot of people are still not getting it. Rubio's directive applies to State Department funded foreign assistance, including Foreign Military Financing (FMF).
FMF is Ukraine's least important security assistance program. There is little to no remaining funding available in the FMF accounts that could theoretically be obligated for Ukraine.
Rubio's directive has no impact on the Department of Defense managed PDA and USAI programs (the Pentagon has confirmed this too).
So it is inaccurate to say that the Trump Admin has cut aid to Ukraine in any real or meaningful way.

@MalcontentmentT: That's out of date info. Total supplemental FMF is $6.33 billion, plus base budget appropriations. VOA is being told its all obligated but won't know for sure until if/when the DoD IG confirms that. If anything is left it won't be a large number though.
