RT @Teoyaomiquu: Today I had an opportunity to speak with a friend from an engineering unit on the Vovchansk axis in Kharkiv.

Key takeaway was that our local Kharkiv admin is bullshitting about building proper fortifications. He showed me their second line of defense which they suppose to be using soon. Essentially these are firing positions set in the middle of the field, sticking out 5 meters above the ground, very visible and easy to target with waist deep trenches leading up to them.

These positions can't be used.

They are doing everything they can to repurpose whatever was built, however they lack necessary engineering equipment and people

I can't solve problems with people, but we are helping them with engineering equipment.
