The probability of all remaining PDA being notified to Congress is close to zero. Very little of that equipment would be delivered by Jan 20 in any case.
There is $1.2 billion in USAI funding left, which the Pentagon said yesterday they would notify, but did not commit to actually obligating (the press that were invited to the briefing neglected to ask this obvious follow-up question).

1st Detachment, SOF 8th Special Purpose Regt, report on a North Korean KIA.
He seems to have standard🇷🇺camo, but they are already reported to wear that.
Can't 100% exclude him being from Eastern🇷🇺, but I have no reason to doubt the claim either.
