So the best Russian units are fighting and going to fight in Kursk oblast.

@cameron19460429: There's a long list of Republicans who voted for the early supplementals but not the later ones because Biden has refused to execute strategy to win. There are still many in Congress that will push for a 6th Supp, and it may get even more votes than the 5th did.
