@front_ukrainian: Trump and his allies have been very clear that after the election they will force Ukraine to negotiate with Russia meaning they would put a indefinite ceasefire essentially giving 20% of Ukraine to Russia, where Russia will immediately strengthen their military defenses in.

@heatloss1986: This is great, but US should start making Tomahawk missiles equipped with nuclear warheads for deterrence and cluster munitions to target larger areas. As well as production of many more Tomahawks or switch to a better ship/submarine launched cruise missile, which will take time.

GBU-34/B mates a 2,000 lb BLU-116 Advanced Unitary Penetrator to a JDAM tail kit, providing enhanced penetration over BLU-109. BLU-116 is externally identical to BLU-109 so impossible to tell for certain.
I can't find any records of a Foreign Military Sale of BLU-116 to Israel, though that doesn't exclude the possibility of a classified FMS or a Direct Commercial Sale in the early 2000s. https://twitter.com/John_A_Ridge/status/1840085089885003840#m
