In Georgia, those were state charges, they remain. In Florida, the Trump appointed judge used a bad argument to drop the case however those charges will very likely be brought back by appeals courts due to him stealing secret documents and keeping them, hundreds of top secret documents for over a year after he was President then refusing to hand them over, they were scattered in his guest bedroom and bathroom where anyone could have taken them or photographed them, then he handed over some documents but hid most, then he had his butler hide them.

Those occurred after he was President. In the January 6th case in DC, all charges have been refiled and approved by a Grand Jury two weeks ago so that case is back. And in Georgia multiple defendants have pled guilty to many of the crimes he is charged with and his chance of conviction is also high, that case is not being stopped due to the Supreme Court. If he is not elected as President he is going to prison the only reason he is currently not in prison is because he is the Republican candidate and the party backs him so the cases continue to be delayed.
