At best these 2 failed to do any fact checking and mistook the Finnish armoured vehicle manufacturer Patria (of whom Latvia has pledged vehicles to Ukraine) for the US medium to long range air defence system Patriot.
At worst they are knowingly lying for clicks seeing as both tweets are still up 20 and 18 hours later as of time of me posting this.

Pictures surfaced on the About Weapons Telegram channel showing several boxes of Ukrainian made 5,45x39 at a training range with markings suggesting they were produced in June of this year.
