Ubåtprosjektet har nådd ein svært viktig milepæl. Prosjektet har ferdigstilt designfasen i bygginga av ubåtane, som kallast Critical Design Review (CDR). Noreg har så langt bestilt fire og Tyskland to ubåten 212CD.

Russian BMP-3 IFV obliterates a friendly BMP-2 IFV from an extremely close distance.
The BMP-2 ran into the BMP-3's crosshair when it was taking aim at a Ukrainian Kozak APC that was withdrawing from the intersection.
The engagement took place in the settlement of Russkaya Konopelka in Kursk Oblast of Russia.
