Two IL-76 type aircraft had arrived Rogachevo on August 3rd and was still there yesterday.
There is a hint of blue, indicating at least one may be a Be-976, special aircraft that supports Burevestnik tests, but confidence is low.

To provide a baseline for this fall, here is analysis of Northern Fleet bases, except Polyarny, based on Sentinel-2 imagery from yesterday, August 4th.
In Severomorsk most ships were alongside but I'm not sure if one can see the Ropucha-class LST Alexandr Otrakovsky here.

There were 4 SSBNs alongside, one of them the decommissioned Yekaterinburg.
If we include the Borei-class SSBN Imperator Aleksandr III which likely will head to the Pacific soon, that means 3 SSBNs at sea, which is within norms.
Unable to say anything about the Akula's.

There were likely 4 x SSNs alongside with the southern, based on it's absence correlating with the trip to the Baltic, likey being the Viktor III-class Tambov.
