🇺🇸🇺🇦🇷🇺 It appears the Russians managed to intercept a M39A1 (Block IA) ATACMS. Manufacture date says September 1998, which puts this in Lot 2 of Block IA production, procured with FY97 funds. The US Army should have had at least 28 older Block IAs in inventory, so Ukraine has presumably received at least that many so far; likely much more than that though.

@nik0p0l5: 2nd Spetsnaz Brigade has been operating along the border there for awhile. I think Russia needs a combination of elite units (e.g. 83rd Air Assault Brigade and 155th Naval Infantry) alongside other units to hold. But the Kharkiv offensive has stretched Ukraine even more and it supports their advance towards Pokrovsk.
