The French railway company quickly spotted the sabotage and suspended train traffic - otherwise the attacks would have caused accidents.

On the 25th there was nice summer weather in Severodvinsk and the Sentinel-2 pass shows something interesting.
There was a large submarine in the dock outside the construction halls.
I think this could be Belgorod but can't rule it being the Borei-class Knyaz Pozharskiy.
