Belarusian military use car tires to protect equipment from drones?

Tactical drills are held in the 49th Radio-Technical Brigade under the leadership of the head of the Radio-Technical Troops.
It’s noted that during the drills, “issues of survivability of command posts and personnel of the brigade, as well as redeployment to the assigned areas” are being practiced.

An example of “increasing survivability” got in the photo report from the drills. The border of the unit’s position, where military equipment is located, was surrounded by a ‘fence’ made of car tires. The height of the improvised fence is more than 1.5 meters. Probably, it was built to protect the equipment from FPV drone strikes.
