@RobertJMolnar @Mzandthropic @umichvoter: I have a lot of experience in political analysis in US elections, not political campaigns. I’ve extensively analyzed the previous presidential and congressional elections and the Senate and House elections. Notably, I predicted that Trump would be the winner against Hillary Clinton in 2016. In 49 of the 50 states that Biden won in 2020 (except Georgia - Biden won by ~10k votes), I made a lot of political stats and analysis similar to what 538 does. I haven’t run any races like you or have anywhere near the political experience that you have, but statistically, looking at it, Biden is more than capable of winning the election, which is four months from now, with the right messaging and shifts in certain polls that have been wrong in previous elections. To say that Biden cannot win the election or has no chance of winning is incorrect; he has a chance of winning if the messaging is right and he campaigns correctly.
