The US will deliver another Patriot air defense system to Ukraine, two US officials said on Tuesday.
The decision has been already approved by US President Biden, but not announced publicly yet.

@ALanoszka: I use twitter to track the Russian military, which I can then search through later (other OSINT people do the same). These two are notable because they were both older and ended up serving in one of Russia's most elite units, which gives an indication of their personnel/attrition situation.
