Unknown UAV was spotted over the Russian city of Kaspiysk located on the Caspian Sea's coast, around 900km from the border with Ukraine.
After flying over the city for some time, the UAV deployed a parachute.

There's a Canadian frigate there as well + at least 1 CP-140 flying from Jacksonville.
