You do understand the Ukrainian Orthodox Chirch is quite common in Ukraine and other countries like USA, for man Ukrainians it’s the only church that they can go too. I know tons of people who go to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church they are all 100% Pro-Ukrainians and Ukrainians. You can’t blame Ukrainians believers of God, not Ukrainians because of Russian influence in their church. There is Russian influence everywhere in Ukraine, it’s Russia’s strategy, and they weapons religion, companies, and media that war. That’s a problem the Ukrainian government needs to deal with, and by no means is it something that makes one not be a Ukrainian or not be Pro-Ukrainian, by this same logic of this article you can say half of Ukrainians are not Ukrainians because of their church was being influenced by Russia, which is a ridiculous claim to make about Ukrainians, it’s not their fault it is the fault of corruption in the government and in the church.

Also, social media post also displaying the Ukrainian Flag the first day of the war calling for peace is used against him, do you understand that most Ukrainians were shocked in February 24th, 2022 and did not know how to react correctly, no one could have reasonably responded in a good or emotionally correct way.

The article is very biased, it’s an opinion pieces by someone who we don’t know. And how you can call someone born in Ukraine raised there, winning Olympic Medals and Professional Medals for the country, joining Ukrainian Forces after the war started, and dedicating his fighting career to his country, not a Ukrainian is beyond me. And actually calling someone who is born in Ukraine with family from Ukraine not a Ukrainian, is factually incorrect. What he has done for Ukraine far outweighs these purposefully picked out pieces from his entire life in the article.
