37. Vovchans'k.
Last night film was released of a Russian POW captured in the town.
Today Yuriy Butusov reports he is from the 138th Motor Rifle Brigade and claims that his unit along with the 25th Motor Rifle Brigade were tasked to capture Vovchansk in 2 days.

Looks like a BMP-2 to me, but likely only damaged in this film.
