He moved to Russia several years ago, and before that, since 2014 he had been collaborating with Russian intelligence services.
Reportedly he was hospitalised.

This is also including orders like NASAMS systems and ammunition that has not been fulfilled.

US military aid drastically increased after the invasion. US military aid before the invasion was not significant and caused no threat to Russia, as Russia claimed.
