GTA-Red Dead Redemption combined experience:

In Chernivtsi Oblast of Ukraine, a car ploughed into the workers of the Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support, hitting one of them. The driver then get out the car, attacking the workers and damaging their vehicle with an axe.

He was joined by another apparently angry man on a horse.
