High res SAR, which is commonly available now, uses higher frequencies.
If I remember correctly, Umbra and Capella is in the 9 - 10 GHz range.

@APHClarkson: It remains to be seen how they will execute the next large strikes, esp the coordination of LRA, VKS, Navy, ballistic missiles and Shaheds and their routing.
Complexity here has been steadily increasing.
Shaheds will likely be the main effector and it's possible they have a lot of them now.

This interference over Sevastopol is a new phenomenon.
If I remember correctly from pre-invasion discussions, S-300 associated radars were commonly suspected culprits of such interference thought other 5GHz range transmitters can cause this too.

@3_bm15 @APHClarkson: Don't think anything should be ruled out for this winter, especially if/when SAM expenditure goes up.
I think we might see VKS with Kh 31s, Kh 59s and glide bombs coordinated with the long range strikes.
