@1stFinFreecorps: They have conducted Burevestnik tests late in the year up there before so I wouldn't rule out the possibility that it picks up again.
They are probably mostly done stocking up Pankovo for the winter as the pier, as usual, has been taken ashore.
But, we loose optical imagery for the winter just about now.
