As a reminder, US officials said four of the reported 26 Kalibr cruise missiles launched at Syria by ships from Russia’s Caspian Flotilla in 2015 actually hit Iran.

In Russia Uralvagonzavod and Chelyabinsk tractor plant have ceased operations due to lack of funds. These plants provide a large portion of the Russia ground forces tanks and vehicles. And they also do modernizations and overhauls.

What is interesting is that it appears each military district has deployed its C2 to run different parts of this war, which is not what Russia did in Ukraine in 2014-2015 or in Syria where they typically appointed the chief of staff of a district or a CAA CO as commander.
