The website of the Ministry of Defense of Belarus updates information about vacancies for contract service every six months. The last update was on July 1, 2023, and one of the vacancies is quite remarkable.

They are looking for an operator with knowledge of English and Lithuanian for the military unit 74384 in Aziorki (Pastavy district, Vitsiebsk region). The number of needed specialists is unknown.

According to our information, military unit 74384 is one of the units of the 153rd Radio Technical Brigade (special purpose) (military unit 30695 stationed in Valozhyn), which is engaged in electronic reconnaissance, and is subordinate to the Main Reconnaissance Department of the General Staff of the Belarusian Armed Forces.

@RussCanRead @ElbridgeColby: If you ask me, Europe should take a clear stand against China and support the US if war comes but in real world politics, Europe's relationship with China is much more complex.

That's why I think one shouldn't underestimate the role Europe can play in such a war and that the US also needs allies. It's not just us allies that needs the US.

Of course one needs innovation, improvements and adaptations but claiming this is "doubling the numbers" is the kind of thinking that has crippled Western industry's ability to manufacture things in real quantities.
