Update:
You can see in the photo that there are two trails in the sky, the first (on the right) is from a fighter, and it changed the trajectory, the second (on the left) is from a missile.

The photo shows that the launch was made from a fighter, after which it turned back. The launches were made from Belarus.
In addition, the trail from the missile launch is similar to those seen at ~15:00 over Mazyr, but at that time such a strong rumble wasn’t reported.
