Sentinel-2 imagery from yesterday, September 16th, shows a possible Black Sea Fleet or FSB Coast Guard patrol boat tracking west, south of Cape Tarkhankut.
There was a significant reduction of such sightings in the months leading up to the recent Ukr operations in this area.

The Norwegian Submarine Service is increasing manning.
In early August, one of three newly qualified CO's took command of HNoMS Uthaug with a newly formed [additional]crew.
They are now in the midst of a normal work-up period.

These UAVs were headed towards Starokostiantyniv, home to a military airfield that has been a frequent target of Russia's attacks.
What's interesting this time, though, is that the drone's path went by the city of Uman in central Ukraine (marked with 🔴 on the map 👇). Uman is currently hosting tens of thousands Hasidic pilgrims from all over the world who gathered in the city for Rosh Hashanah.
According to the anonymous Telegram channel, Nikolaevskiy Vaniok, which provides precise, real-time information about the routes of enemy missiles and drones during air raids in Ukraine, on 15 September 2023, a group of Russian 'Shaheds' altered their trajectory, making a slight detour to avoid f...
