At least one explosion was heard near Feodosia in eastern part of the Crimea, and a pile of black smoke was seen rising above that area.
The head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov claimed that a cruise missile was shot down by Russian air defenses.

The sound of a cruise missile flying over the Crimea was captured on video by the locals.
The adviser to the head of the Crimea Kryuchkov claimed that missile's fragments damaged the power line after it was shot down.

A soldier reportedly belonging to a unit of the 25th CAA tried to "flee" on the 25th, but was caught and handed over to MPs.
The interesting bit is that this happened in the Rostov area.
