2. Another couple HIMARS launchers could be flown in by plane or sent quickly in days from Eastern Europe

3. A software update or a modification can be made to allow the 20 HIMARS to fire ATACMS

@VictorishB123 I don’t believe USA is not sending ATACMS because it’s not needed, they aren’t sending it for political reasons

USA has 120 M48, 466 M57, and according to procurement records 924 are estimated to be converted to 10 meter accuracy M57E1 ATACMS, which are accurate for many targets

@Cols224 @VictorishB123 Yes, they would change the dynamic of the whole battlefield. It’s the number 1 weapon Ukraine needs, they would be able to easily clear out thousands of Russians from the trenches

ATACMS or other long range missiles are the number 2 weapon Ukraine needs the most. Both are needed

@VictorishB123 That’s why I said if it’s within 10 meters then ❌ it’s not effective. The older ones are for different types of strikes than the newer ones, for the older cluster ATACMS, the accuracy doesn’t matter if a large area will be converted. In the analysis, I was talking about new ones

USA provided a $500 million about 2 days ago, and has overpriced packages by $6.2 billion, and sent over $1.5 billion in GMLRS

On January 24th General Pat Ryder said he had nothing to announce on any US decision regarding Abrams

On January 25th US announced 31 Abrams Tank for Ukraine

On January 25th, US announced 31 Abrams Tanks for Ukraine

Same for Patriot, 7 days later it was approved

I want Ukraine to also get long range missiles, but they aren’t getting them. US has not even considered sending SLAM-ER
