@John_A_Ridge @komineks Okay, I’ve read this document in the past, I know the “M57” ATACMS ordered by Lithuania, Australia, Estonia, Poland, Morocco, and Taiwan are M57. But I was not sure if the M57 production was reopened or not or if the “M57” are M57E1s
If they are made, it’s great news for Ukraine

Info I reviewed in the past couple of hours: >1,076 ATACMS M39/M39A1 were brought in, and approximately 924 were delivered.
USA has 1,508 active M57/M57E1/M48 ATACMS

@TheHidingGhost I think it is mostly an ammunition scarcity issue. Ukraine doesn't have enough 155mm rounds and the US has to tap into DPICM to meet their demands. Obviously, DPICM provides a different capability as well.

Prior to UAF attack that reached the edge of the village (tweet 149).🇺🇦28th Mechanised Bde struck various nearby targets earlier in June.
For example: Arti on 2nd attempt hits 1 of 2 vehicles causing a secondary explosion - likely ammo.

Meaning that they announced about $6.2 billion more than the replacement price. You would see that if you calculate for the prices in the packages, that they cost way more than they are supposed to cost.
